Where to stay in El Nido: Town, Corong Corong, Lio, Nacpan and Marimegmeg
El Nido Town is where island hopping boats leave, so it is the shortest trip to the pier, and Corong Corong is a short tricycle ride south of it. Lio Beach sits next to El Nido Airport, about 4 km north of town, and Nacpan is about 17 km north on a partly unsealed road, both reported by El Nido Tours, Jul 2026. In one Booking.com search for Nov 10 to 11, 2026 (checked Oct 2026), rooms within 0.3 miles of downtown were listed at PHP 1,536 to 9,360, and three Lio-named properties at PHP 4,941 to 14,908.

Booking.com snapshot: one night in November
We ran one Booking.com search for El Nido on Oct 7, 2026, for one night from Tuesday Nov 10 to Wednesday Nov 11, 2026, two adults, prices in PHP. The search returned 493 properties; the first results page showed 25 with prices. Booking.com labels every one of them "El Nido" and gives only a distance from downtown, so the table groups them by that distance and by property names that include an area. It does not split Corong Corong from other areas at the same distance.

Prices are the "current price" Booking.com displayed, which for some properties was a members-only or limited-time deal. This is a small sample for a single November night, before the peak months, so expect higher rates from December to April. Booking.com's budget filter on the same search ran from PHP 0 to PHP 20,000+ per night, and the property-type filter counted 35 hostels, which did not appear on the first page.
El Nido Town
Island hopping boats leave from the town beach, and El Nido Tours reports, Jul 2026, that the pier is a 5 to 10 minute walk from most guesthouses. It also reports that the town beach is a boat launch rather than a swimming beach. El Nido Paradise includes free pick-up in town and Corong Corong on its Tour D. Corong Corong
El Nido Tours reports a 5 minute tricycle ride (PHP 50 to 80) or about 15 minutes on foot to the town pier, a west-facing beach that is shallow at low tide, and a peak-season band of PHP 2,000 to 8,000. On the Booking.com snapshot, properties 0.6 to 1.7 miles from downtown were listed at PHP 1,814 to 8,663, but Booking.com does not say which of them are in Corong Corong.
Marimegmeg (Las Cabanas)
El Nido Tours places Las Cabanas Beach about 10 minutes south of Corong Corong. We did not capture a separate price band for this area: no Marimegmeg or Las Cabanas property was identifiable on the first Booking.com results page.
Lio Beach
El Nido Tours reports that Lio is about 4 km north of town and next to El Nido Airport, with a swimmable beach and a tricycle fare to the pier of PHP 100 to 150 each way. The three properties on the Booking.com snapshot with "Lio" in their names were listed at PHP 4,941 to 14,908 for the November night.
Nacpan Beach
Nacpan is about 17 km north of town, 30 to 45 minutes by motorbike or tricycle on a partly unsealed road, with a tricycle round trip to the pier of about PHP 600 to 800, all reported by El Nido Tours, Jul 2026. One Nacpan-named property appeared on the Booking.com snapshot, at PHP 4,218. For tour days, that PHP 600 to 800 round trip compares with PHP 1,500 to 1,700 for a shared tour on El Nido Paradise's prices.
